Shortlist form submissions. When you submit the Get a Shortlist form, we collect what you provide: the software category you're evaluating, portfolio size, compliance standards needed, existing ERP, timeline, your email address, and your company name.

Standard site usage data. Like most websites, we may use analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic patterns — pages visited, general location, device type. This is not tied to your identity unless you've also submitted a form.

How We Use Your Information

We use Shortlist form submissions to personally review your situation and reply with software recommendations that fit your stated needs. We do not use automated matching — a person reviews each submission.

Who We Share It With

Vendors we recommend to you. By submitting the Shortlist form, you agree that we may share your information with the specific software vendors we recommend in our reply, so they can follow up with you directly. We only share your information with vendors relevant to your specific request — not our full vendor list.

We do not sell your data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your Choices

You can request that we delete your information, or ask what we hold on file, by emailing info@creleasehub.com. If you'd prefer we not share your information with any vendor, let us know in your submission or by emailing us afterward.

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
